Refund policy
STENCIL EXPRESSIONS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Due to the digital or culinary nature of our products, all sales are non-refundable and final sale.
Please read carefully what you are purchasing before you place an order with our site. We do not refund purchases for digital download designs for any reason, whether you have downloaded them to your computer or not. All download purchases are non-refundable.
TREASURED TRESTLE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Returns and Refunds:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase/preorder date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the customized nature of our Trestle pieces, there is a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your original purchase price after we receive your return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only partial refunds are granted on any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, within the 30 day return period.
Refunds on Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus restocking fee & shipping costs, see below), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds on Preorders:
Refunds will be issued in full, including shipping charges, on orders not yet fulfilled and shipped. Request for refund on preorders must be made within 30 days from purchase. Refunds are not granted after 30 days from time of preorder. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded (per policy above), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
Due to the limited quantities of the 1875 Iron Bridge material, we can only exchange Trestle pieces if we still have those items available/are not sold out. We only replace non-Trestle items (plaques, etc) if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges on all items are only allowed up 30 days after your order has been fulfilled. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Treasured Trestle Company, PO Box 152, Perry NY 14530, United States.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
